At True Nature Coffee Company, family is at the heart of everything we do. For generations, we’ve nurtured our coffee plants with the same care and dedication we give to our loved ones. From the lush hills of Colombia, we handpick each bean with pride, ensuring every cup tells the story of our heritage, community, and tradition.
We believe coffee is more than a drink—it’s a way to bring people together, to share moments, and to celebrate life. By choosing our coffee, you’re joining our extended family and supporting a legacy rooted in love, authenticity, and connection.
In Colombian folklore, Tío Conejo (Uncle Rabbit) is a clever, resourceful character who uses wit and creativity to overcome challenges. His spirit reflects the heart of our farm. Like Tío Conejo, we approach every obstacle with ingenuity, determination, and a sense of playfulness. But the name also carries a personal legacy. Papá Hernán—our grandfather, known to everyone as Chenan—used to tell us Tío Conejo stories when we were children. His voice brought those tales to life, and through him, storytelling became part of our family’s rhythm.
Later, we became puppeteers. We built characters, crafted stories, and performed them for audiences of all ages. That experience didn’t just teach us how to entertain, it taught us how stories shape meaning, how
they bring people together, and how they reveal truths that facts alone cannot.
Tío Conejo isn’t just a brand, it’s a promise. It represents our commitment to working with joy, to honoring our roots, and to creating something that brings happiness to every cup. Through every harvest and every story we share, Papá Hernán’s spirit lives on.
